Doesnt work

I paid $2 to buy offline maps, but they wont download (just keeps spinning for 24 hours...). Also it crashes much too often, so much so that it makes the app unusable. You set a course and within two minutes it crashes and you have to recreate your route all over again. Very disappointing.
